Mai Thanh Binh
Founder
Binh oversees the firm’s investment activities, and is concurrently the Chairman of Teko and Vice Chairman of VNPAY. Previously, Binh founded Garena Vietnam in 2009, growing the company into the leading digital entertainment platform and launching services such as G-Café and AirPay. Binh has a MSc in Computational Finance from Carnegie Mellon University.
Tran Phuong Chi
Partner
Chi is an investment advisor with over 10 years of experiences in the financial industry. Previously she was a partner and investment analyst at Singapore-based boutique fund manager DCG Capital. In earlier stage of her career, she worked at Lion Global Investors and Citi Group. Chi has a Bachelor of Computer Engineering from National University of Singapore
Hoang Vu Binh
Advisor
Binh is an investments advisor with experience in cross-border M&A, capital market and debt market transactions. He is currently the CFO of Phong Vu, and previous positions include Finance Director and Investment Director at Tan Hoang Minh Group, and Director of Corporate Finance at VinaCapital. Binh has an MBA from International University of Japan.
Vu Ngoc Quang
Advisor
Quang is an expert in banking with over 16 years of working experience at the state-owned commercial bank and the joint-stock bank on Retail Banking and SME. He is currently the director of Financial Analysis Division of VnPay. Previously he was the branch's deputy director of Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam JSC (BIDV). Quang has the master's degree at Hanoi National Economics University in business and management.
Nguyen Quang Hung
Associate
Hung focuses on finance and human resource. Hung was previously at Garena Vietnam for 8 years, where he held multiple leadership positions including CEO of AirPay Vietnam, Head of G-Café, and Head of Game Operations.
Eric On
Associate
Eric focuses on deal sourcing and technology, with expertise in big data, business intelligence, ERP and IT operations. Eric has more than 10 years of work experience in applications and product development, with positions including IT manager at Milton TNP Group, and most recently business analyst and project manager at Garena Vietnam.
Tran Vu Son
Associate
Son focuses on deal sourcing & creating value during post investments and successfully exiting. Son is a CPA holder with more than 9 years of experience in finance and accounting field. Prior to joining Teko Ventures, Son was with VIN GROUP, KPMG Vietnam and Military Insurance Corporation.
Duong Binh Duong
Associate
Duong is an investment expert with experience in cross-border M&A and international capital market. He has more than 10 years experience in financial and investment areas. Previously, he held various position in Investment team in Vingroup, including Head of Investor Relation for Vingroup and Head of Investment for Vincom Retail. Duong has a Bachelor of Banking and Finance from Nanyang Technological University in Singapore.
